Acknowledging you
simply can't achieve an accord with somebody peacefully may seem like a
failure, at least initially. But once you realise that the individual in
question will respond only to the same variety of forthright manner
they use, it's clear you haven't failed. Rather, you've simply
discovered how to address them effectively.
