Fires have broken out at an oil depot in southern Russia following an alleged Ukrainian drone attack. The attack comes days after another depot was allegedly attacked in the Proletarsky district. Sky's military analyst Sean Bell says "Ukraine has been developing its own weapons along the way and we are starting to see more effective strikes."
