The
Extradition Act of 2003 has over the last few years come under renewed
and increased scrutiny through a number of different cases where UK
citizens are being sent to the US to be tried in US courts for criminal
offenses that would not be considered as incriminating in the United
Kingdom.
The treaty is being argued as one-sided as it allows
the US to extradite UK citizens and others for offenses committed
against US law even though the alleged offense may have been committed
in the UK - outside the realm of US law.
The US has a much
larger number of extraditions from the UK than the UK has from the US
which further tips the unbalance in favor of the United States, and
there is the added concern that UK citizens expected to cover the cost
of the legal aid privately, as their entitlement to UK legal aid becomes
negligent.
Cases that are currently being debated are those of
Richard O'Dwyer - 23-year old student charged in the US for breaking its
copyright laws; and Christopher Tappin - a 64 year old golfer who is
the victim of entrapment; and Gary McKinnon - a computer hacker who was
searching for proof of UFOs online.
None of these UK citizens
have ever even been to the US, and it is doubtful whether they are
committing any crime according to UK law. Nevertheless, they are all at
risk of being extradited to the US in the near future.
David
Cameron and Nick Clegg came into office with the promise of changing
this Act because it is unfairly balanced against UK citizens. Why has
nothing been done yet?

Dear Sir
Scammers in the USA
I understand that you are extraditing 2 British citizen´s to the USA., one the
victim of a sting operation Christopher Tappin by the FB1 for unwittingly selling
batteries to Iran (to Texas where scammer ualadys.com server is located)
and, the other a student for having a web site with links to free down loads of
television programs. I always purchase my DVD´s and CD´s as I believe the artists
should have their royalties.
However America´s Goolge does exactly the same and had links to the site Magaupload.
Today is still links to pirate sites http://bit.ly/yas3IG. Why does the American
judicial system allow it?
Is google adsense a scam? http://bit.ly/w5NjAK
They are misappropriating their affiliate´s earnings without a court order.
Affiliate programs are the modern day slave labor and my investigations suggest
that since the crisis of 2008 affiliates are being scammed.
You want to try these British citizens and yet you allow criminals to walk around
the USA and scam dating sites to have offices New York. - TwoCon Corp 1905 E 17
Street Brooklyn. The said branch of uadreams.com External Holding (Gibraltar)
Limited. Complaints have been made to the FBI. Interpol and the Fraud Squad in
Gibraltar.
The founder is Steve Salvesen http://bit.ly/9bD994 (Confidential Connections) a
NY porn star and Ben Olivares http://scr.bi/buKPmt recently involved in Gold Mine
scams. See http://bit.ly/wVscFz & http://bit.ly/2cvqqB & http://bit.ly/dzWRyY
There have been many complaints about another American run site Fiance.com
http://bit.ly/xvLtj6 Eleview International Inc., which I believe is based in
Carolina.
If Google is paid for having uadreams.com details at the top of the page, as they
have, I respectfully submit they are equally guilty of assisting in the online
scam if proved; as are the credit card companies and External Holding
(Gibraltar) Limited credit card processors
We
have also found links between uadreams.com parent company External Holding
(Gibraltar) Limited http://externalholding.com/projects.php and an
American politician Philliprockwell.com
I trust that you will initiate the appropriate actions and thank you in
anticipation
Yours faithfully
