Plot
Enough begins in a San Francisco restaurant, where the main character, Slim, receives unwelcome romantic advances from a customer. She is rescued by a man named Mitch. They later marry and have a daughter named Gracie. A few years later, Slim finds out that Mitch is unfaithful. When she confronts him and threatens to leave, he becomes violent.
A few days later Slim, having carefully planned her escape, leaves and takes Gracie with her. With the help of friends she succeeds although he tracks her down and attacks her. She escapes once more but he relentlessly hunts her down.
Eventually Slim goes into hiding and sends her daughter on vacation with her best friend to get her out of harm's way while she prepares herself with self-defense training. She goes to Mitch's home and traps him there. In the ensuing fight Slim uses her new skills to send him off a balcony to his death. With Mitch no longer a threat, Slim and Gracie go on to live a happy life with her old flame Joe.
