Is it not time that countries world-wide brought back the death penalty for terrorists convicted for this barbaric act? With prison sentences they normally continue to plot, this being paid for by the tax payers of the respect countries. Of course it may not disuade religious fanatics, but it could impair recruitment to terrorist organizations.

Sanaa (Yemen) running out of water
“This capital city is under threat of being the first in the world to run out of water,” the deputy minister said bluntly. “And we don’t want to be famous for that.”
I ask Muslim extremists would it not be better to devote their efforts to helping people in need than terrorism? Spend the money on improving infrastructure and not weapons.
