Comment - "Why did the owners of the site not inform Male customers? I feel that they will have lost a lot of credibility with the male customers, who after all are the ones that pay for the translations, and that as a result there may be quite a high fall out rate! They could have advised both the male and female customers could they not? I feel that they need to change their business model and allow a couple to exchange surnames and address, charging maybe an introduction fee for those couples that are mutually agreable. I am sure that clients would continue to utilise the translation service. I really feel sorry for the ladies who may have broken hearts if their men stop writing to them because of what has happened this week. I also think that this site needs to publish the addresses of their offices."
