Over two years in the making and with the FIA striving to expand the grid, there is now final confirmation of the Cadillac F1 team’s admission to Formula 1 from 2026.
The FIA’s approval of the Cadillac F1 team, and Formula 1’s agreement of commercial terms with the team, means that an F1’s 11th team will be on the FIA Formula One World Championship grid in 2026.
