http://www.euronews.com/ A homemade blomb has gone off outside the Indonesian embassy in Paris causing substantial damage. The alert was apparently given by an embassy employee who spotted a bag with two wires coming from it placed infront of a window at about 5.30 am.
The man moved the bag to the middle of the street and shortly after it exploded, blowing out windows within a radius of 50 metres and causing two vehicles to ignite.
Police say the device contained a "signifcant" amount of explosives although what type has not been identified.
It is the second time the embassy has been attacked in less than a decade.
