Where people are thinking of going for a holiday according to our statistics

Cyprus showed the largest increase in searches this week, up 6% on last week. Other destinations to show search increases were the Canaries and Spanish Mainland (up 3%) and Portugal (up 2%). Egypt and Kenya suffered the heaviest declines in searches amongst the top 10 destinations.

Tunisia saw a drop of almost 70% in searches on last week, following continued negative press about the country’s troubles.

The Canaries are the top destinations this week with the Balearics, Spanish Mainland, Cyprus, Turkey and Portugal are proving popular
