Just because
somebody said 'no' once doesn't mean they will again, especially now. In
fact because the New Moon offers a fresh perspective on both past
situations and existing issues to everybody, this could be the perfect
time to raise even seemingly unnegotiable issues. You could be surprised
by the positive response you get.
