Donald Trump has signed a number of executive actions from a stadium in Washington DC.
The first action rescinded 78 Biden-era executive actions and the crowd cheered as he signed each one.
He also signed a handful more which included the US withdrawing from the Paris climate agreement, informing the United Nations of this and another directing the federal government to order a restoration of freedom of speech.
He promised the crowd he would sign more when he returned to the Oval Office and began throwing pens to the crowd.
