Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Mongolia on Monday, his first visit to a member of the International Criminal Court (ICC) since it issued an arrest warrant for him last year. Putin was welcomed by a guard of honour as he landed in the Mongolian capital Ulaanbaatar while Kyiv, the West and rights groups that have all called for him to be detained.

Last night, Kyiv experienced another wave of Russian aggression as ballistic rockets targeted the capital. Air raid sirens blared throughout the city, and missile fragments were reported in several districts, including Holosiivskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Dniprovskyi, and Shevchenkivskyi. Buildings were damaged, and fires broke out. Early reports indicate two victims, with one person hospitalized. Despite the ongoing attacks, the resilience of Kyiv’s residents remains unbroken.
In an interview with FRANCE 24, former Israeli prime minister Ehud Olmert said Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu was ultimately to blame for the shocking death of six more hostages in Gaza over the weekend. Israel says the six hostages were "brutally murdered by Hamas terrorists", something the group denies. "They were killed by Hamas," Olmert said. But "Netanyahu is responsible for the erosion that led to the killing of these six people, and the killing of many others that were found before, and the ones that will be killed tomorrow and the day after tomorrow", he added.
