.

Aries (Mar21/Apr20) Being faced with open rivalry and competition won't bother you; let others oppose you if they dare! Whatever you take on now, you're in it to win. A joint enterprise is inspiring because there is a competitive thread within the teamwork. You intend to make full use of your leadership powers to come out ahead. There will be pride in your accomplishments and authority will be equally impressed. You can confidently expect some concrete rewards later in the month.
 .
Taurus (Apr21/May21) A domestic matter will put work and other considerations to a back seat position. The good news is: this will be something pleasant and it will have a positive outcome. Even so incomplete work elsewhere will have to be finished eventually. You may have to return to a job you had hoped someone else would have completed in your absence. Had you been left to finish a joint task on your own you would have got it over and done with by now.
 .
Gemini (May22/June21) An impulsive decision will attract the excitement you crave early in the day. You will grab any chance to take a break from your usual surroundings. If you find yourself in some cheerful and light hearted company: so much the better! There are parts of your life which haven't changed for some time and that unsettles you. You've never been a one to get stuck in a rut and you are ready to spread your wings.
 .
Cancer (June22/July23) If you agreed to help someone out with a task they have to do you will quickly realise this wasn't such a good idea. After a temper testing morning of frustrations and misunderstandings you might all agree you aren't the person for the job. Or maybe you and another person just don't and won't ever work very well together. At least the afternoon holds promise of a discussion being settled and this will relate to a financial or legal matter.
 .
Leo (July24/Aug23) People are treating a task as a game; you want it to be taken more seriously. It might seem odd to suggest you continue with a joint effort on your own, but perhaps you can't envisage anything worthwhile being done if you continue as a team, and this might be the most sensible option. You don't intend to be serious all the time and you will enjoy your fair share of fun but when there is work to be done, you won't want to be wasting time fooling around.
 .
Virgo (Aug24/Sept23) If life lacks challenge or stimulation, there are things you can do about it; it doesn't necessarily have to be this way. If the situation on the work or career front has reached the stage where you no longer find your job interesting, now is the time to consider new beginnings. Seeking advice from a senior colleague who is unhelpful to the point of being obstructive could help make your mind up. It is time to find out what else is on offer in your area.
 .
Libra (Sept24/Oct23) Changes are about to happen in your life soon and there is little you can do about it. Best to go with the flow as hindering their progress will only mean you will have to go through the same kind of situation again and again until you accept what has to be. Young people feature largely in your life. Either you will be devoting more time to your own kids, working with children or just spending more time with your friends' families.
 .
Scorpio (Oct24/Nov22) Nothing happens by itself; there are prior events and there will be future consequences of what these bring about now. If someone might claim to have done nothing to cause a certain incident they aren't telling the truth. You may have been gullible in the past in which case now is the time to change and start acting more responsibly to gain the respect of those around you. Someone is trying to pull the wool over your eyes; don't let them!
 .
Sagittarius (Nov23/Dec21) Something is niggling you: keep a watch on your daily activities, conversations and thoughts. At the back of your mind you might feel all is not quite right in your life and yet you can't put a finger on what is wrong. Gradually you will start to get the idea of where this feeling is coming from and you will be able to tackle the problem. You might get the chance to make some extra money when a friend of a friend needs someone with your skills and is willing to pay for it.
 .
Capricorn (Dec22/Jan20) Your partner or another loved one's actions are inviting trouble with officials or their superiors at work. The day will be anything but smooth if their attitude worries you. Worse still, if another person's decisions or actions could affect your long term future you need to keep an eye on what they are up to. Be very careful about committing yourself to joining an enterprise that will take up so much of your time you won't be able to keep tabs on what's going on in other areas of life.
 .
Aquarius (Jan21/Feb19) Being helpful and sociable helps promote friendliness and harmony in all your relationships. You will be a soothing and calming influence on all those around you at work and at home. No wonder you are so popular. You get the chance to make new social contacts too with you going out of your way to be helpful to others. You may have started the day planning to work on your own but this idea will soon be rejected in favour of joining a team where joint endeavours count.
 .
Pisces (Feb20/Mar20) Is it really fair to sit back, relax and let everyone else do all the hard work? How will you justify your lazy mood? Other people won't believe it if you tell them you need to think, especially when you can't supply anyone with the ideas they are waiting to hear. You might want to conserve your energy for some social or romantic plans later in the day, but it isn't working. If a colleague could do with some help, what's the point in trying to look busy when you know and they know that you aren't?

Madrid, Feb 15 (EFE).- Spain will call its ambassador in Iran home for consultations if the government of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad does not provide an explanation or apologize for the arrest of a Spanish diplomat in Tehran, the European nation's foreign minister said Tuesday.
Trinidad Jimenez gave Iranian authorities 48 hours to provide "satisfactory" response and to explain why chief consular official Ignacio Perez-Cambra was held under arrest for four hours on Monday.

If no such response from Tehran is forthcoming, the minister warned in remarks to reporters before appearing before Parliament that she will call home the Spanish envoy.
Iran violated the Vienna Convention, which regulates diplomatic relations, by arresting a Spanish diplomat without telling him why, Jimenez said.

The foreign ministry summoned Iran's ambassador in Madrid, Morteza Saffari Natanzi, on Monday to explain the diplomat's detention.

Perez-Cambra was arrested by six men in plainclothes at the entrance to the Spanish Embassy in the Iranian capital on a day marked by violent repression of opposition demonstrations.
The Spanish diplomat was held for 4 1/2 hours at a police station and then released.
The Spanish foreign ministry announced Monday that it had suspended an upcoming visit to Madrid by a senior Iranian diplomat.
