The
US Senate has passed a bill to help Puerto Rico deal with crippling
debt. The island owes creditors more than 70 billion dollars and is
expected to miss a two billion dollar repayment on Friday.
Puerto Rico has lost around 10 percent of its population over the past decade, with many moving to Florida for better opportunities.
