Fare Sheets

New Eurostar Public Fare Range – 13th September 2011

A new Eurostar Public Fare Range goes on sale on 13th September 2011. Fare sheets will be available from managers shortly, as well as available to view on the Intranet.

Summary of changes:

·         Child fares - Child fares are now set at 30% off the equivalent Adult fare in the same class of service. This means that most Child fares have been increased.
Child fare flexibility now matches the Adult semi-flexible fares: exchange by paying the difference in price with the next available fare in the same or higher class of service, plus a fixed fee of £22; refund with fee of £22.
For French Provinces, Child fares are set at 10% off the Adult lead-in fare, per zone. 
Child Ski fares are already in production for the 2011-12 season. They will be updated for 2012-13.

Disney fares - increase to most price-points. Introduction of more semi-flexi pricing levels. Child fares now set at 30% off the equivalent Adult fare in the same class of service, plus new semi-flexibility. Indirect fares common-rated with Direct
·         fares, except Child BW/BX, resolving long-standing inconsistencies.

·         UK Any Dutch Station - Introduction of BT/BV Saturday Night Away fares.

·         French Provinces – Charles-de-Gaulle 2 TGV added to Zone A destinations for a trial period only: 13th Sept – 13th Dec 2011. Charles de Gaulle Airport will be valid via Lille Europe and Lille Flandres.
Small changes to one-way fares to restore one-way: return consistency.

·         Any Belgian Station: Wheelchair / Companion - these fares are deleted because assistance cannot be guaranteed on connecting services. Wheelchair/Companion fares are still available to Brussels.

It is advisable to ticket any outstanding bookings that are currently on hold, prior to 13th September, to guarantee the current prices.



TGV Lyria RIT Fare Sheet

A new TGV Lyria RIT fare sheet is now available. It is valid for travel from 11th December 2011 to 31st October 2012. These fares go on sale on 11th October 2011.

Overall, First class fares have increased, whereas Standard class fares have decreased slightly.

Two important notes have been added to the fare sheet:
·         From 11th December LyriaPremière (cold meal at seat) will be offered to First class passengers on ALL Lyria routes.
From 11th December ALL Lyria services will operate to/from Paris Gare de Lyon. Currently the Basel/Zurich services run
Paris à Ostend:



5th Nov:

The 9313 will leave Paris on time but will arrive in Ostend 30 minutes later than originally scheduled.



6th Nov:

The 9427 and 9455 will leave Paris on time but will arrive in Ostend 30 minutes later than originally scheduled.



Ostend à Paris:



5th Nov:

The 9454 will depart Ostend and Bruges 19 minutes earlier than originally scheduled. The train will resume its usual timetable from Ghent.



The 9308 will depart Ostend and Bruges 35 minutes earlier than originally scheduled. The train will resume its usual timetable from Ghent.



6th Nov:

The 9350 will depart Ostend and Bruges 19 minutes earlier than originally scheduled. The train will resume its usual timetable from Ghent.



All the trains impacted were previously closed for sales so the correct timings should be printed on the customer’s tickets.



Update on situation at Rome Tiburtina station following the fire on 24th July.

A near normal service is operating at Rome Tiburtina station following the fire that happened on 24th July 2011. A few services are still slightly disrupted so please continue to check the following site for the latest information – all info is in Italian!:
·         from Paris Est, however this will change on 11th December 2011.
