Inbox - eCheck payment in progress "Scammer steals Shelly Bondoc´s name & hides behind our domain name for AntiAbuse)"

We have got this hard faced person sending this spam again this week going under the name of Shelly Bondoc (Scammers usually hide behind a famous person) and hiding behind our name as before (see below - X-AntiAbuse: Original Domain - itccommunications.net) We have not given the sender permission to use our name so this correspondence must be considered fraudulent and should be deleted - Further the subject is misleading "eCheck payment in progress" Do not be fooled by this person
