The text was copied below. We googled the name and email address and it confirmed our suspicions that it was not a bona fide email

The decision by the board and a majority of the stockholders included Bruce Perlowin taking over the company's leadership. Marijuana Inc has already entered into an agreement to own an 80 Acres "420" Golf Resort through a Subsidiary Company to be formed and named National Canna Corp. Marijuana Inc is still in the business of selling the Preachers Coffee brand (and the acquisition includes an operating coffee shop in Lake County, California) and separately, other merchandising rights licensed to Marijuana Inc by Medical Marijuana, Inc.
