Regulators have reportedly discovered where MF Global's missing funds went, according to Jill Sommers, who's heading the CFTC's review of the company's bankruptcy.

However, before funds can be returned to investors, they must uncover which transactions were legitimate and which weren't.

Sommers, a Republican commissioner, on Wednesday said, "We certainly don't want to lead anyone to believe we don't know what happened. We do know, and we see where all the transactions went".

Belgium - Liege shooting death toll rises to six. 160 people have needed treatment for injuries or shock

http://www.euronews.net/ A fifth victim has died of the injuries she received in Tuesday's Liege shootings in Belgium. In total 160 people have needed treatment for injuries or shock. In all six people died, including the killer.

The government, after consultation with the families, has decided to individually concentrate on their grief rather than hold a day of national mourning.

The shock continues to reverberate, with many people overwhelmed by their emotions when asked to comment on the tragedy.

Daniel Sanderson, the News of the World reporter who was responsible for the story about Kate McCann's diary, has told the Leveson Inquiry into media ethics that he was sorry for his involvement in its publication.

He said the story should not have been printed and he intended to apologise to Kate and Gerry McCann, the parents of Madeleine McCann who went missing in Portugal in 2007.

The Wall Street Journal reports, inexpensive e-book prices are shifting quickly, as publishers narrow the gap between print and e-versions of some top sellers, and in some cases, e-books are more expensive than printed books. Google (GOOG) is expected to invest $120 million in a data center in Singapore, in a move to significantly expand operations in Asia. The center is slated for completion in early 2013. Michael Kors is now trading on the street with a 47.2 million share IPO priced at $20.00. The deal size was increased to 47.2 million shares from 41.7 million shares and priced above the $17.00-$19.00 range. Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and Goldman acted as joint book running managers for the offering.

Pier 1 Imports (NYSE:PIR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.21, inline with consensus estimates.

Revenues in the quarter rose 8.5% year-over-year to $382.7 million, topping estimates by $4 million.

One social enterprise is trying to encourage them to use their IT and moneymaking skills to start up a business instead of committing cybercrime.
