Britain yesterday - Occupy London clashes: Fighting erupts at UK protest

Uploaded by on Oct 15, 2011
All over the globe people are rising up and demanding their rights in a worldwide rally of discontent as protests inspired by the Occupy Wall Street movement spread around the world on Saturday.

The founder of WikiLeaks, Julian Assange, attended the protests in London that are part of a worldwide action against corporate greed and austerity measures. Assange said that he was there to show his solidarity with the Occupy London movement, which was inspired by the Occupy Wall Street protests in the US. Assange traveled to London from his friend Vaughan Smith's country mansion in Suffolk, eastern England. Assange is living there on bail as he fights extradition to Sweden, where he is wanted for questioning over allegations of rape and sexual assault made by two women.

USA today - Severe police action as thousands of Occupy protesters fill Times Square

Tens of thousands of people in hundreds of cities around the word have been venting their fury against the greed of the big banks - and the debt management inflicted by their governments. Inspired by the 'Occupy Wall Street' movement in Manhattan, protests took hold in Europe, Asia, and around the U.S. - with some turning violent. In New York, there were dozens of arrests as police moved to contain the rally. Here's RT's Lucy Kafanov.

.
Aries (Mar21/Apr20) Don't overestimate your spending power; it's better to save than go on a shopping spree. You may have a full bank account now, but an unexpected expense will require you to be frugal. Besides, the purchases you will make won't give you long term happiness. They'll just be a temporary diversion from the empty space inside. Fill it with a meaningful relationship. Spending quality time with the one you love will give you much more pleasure than an expensive gadget.
 .
Taurus (Apr21/May21) It's impossible to talk sense to someone who only cares about having fun. No matter how much you scold and cajole, this irresponsible scamp will continue to do what they want. It's better to put your faith in someone who deserves it. Granted, the more loyal members of your tribe aren't nearly as exciting, but they are more honourable. Maybe you should stop giving the best of yourself to people who take your generosity for granted. That way, you won't feel used.
 .
Gemini (May22/Jun21) You should be more protective of your contributions. A colleague is going to take the credit for your work. This shocks you to the core. You'd never dream of doing something so underhanded to get ahead, but then again, not everybody is as ethical as you. It's a good idea to email your contributions to your boss, so you'll have an official record of when you created it and where it originated. Alternatively, you can get your workmates to validate your ideas.
 .
Cancer (Jun22/Jul23) It's possible you are overestimating your abilities. Refrain from making any promises, especially to children. You have fewer resources than you think. Besides, an important deadline is looming. You'll have to put every ounce of your energy into this venture. Neglecting it will harm your reputation. Unfortunately, friends who helped in the past won't be available this time around. It looks like you're on your own. Take a deep breath and dig in your heels.
                                     .
Leo (Jul24/Aug23) Don't push your luck with an authority figure. Just because you are in an executive's good graces doesn't mean you should use their influence for selfish purposes. Refrain from asking favours and doing things in their name. You're better off making your own way in life. You've got wonderful ideas for launching a home based business. By turning this concept into a profitable reality, you'll become a powerful person in your own right.
 .
Virgo (Aug24/Sep23) Admit your ignorance of an interesting topic; an attentive teacher will be happy to give you instruction. Sometimes it's better to swallow your pride than feign expertise. Avoid getting embroiled in a legal case, or you may have to testify against someone you love. If there's anything you hate, it's having your loyalty tested. An upcoming test requires extensive study. Cut yourself off from the social activities until you've memorised all the necessary material.
 .
Libra (Sep24/Oct23) If you're going to make the most of your earnings, you must put yourself on a budget. Lately, it's been easy to get the funds you need, but that won't always be the case. Set up a savings account in which you put a certain percentage of your income each pay period. That way, if times get tough, you'll have a cushion against adversity. Even if prosperity will always be yours, you can use this money to help a friend or relative who isn't as fortunate.
 .
Scorpio (Oct24/Nov22) Taking a loved one for granted will cause great harm to your relationship. On some level, you feel as if you and your partner are one person. It doesn't occur to you to give thanks, because you feel your gratitude is obvious. Nothing can be further from the truth. People need to be both told and shown their contributions are appreciated. Use this opportunity to buy your beloved a token of your esteem. Relieving them of a dreaded chore is also a good idea.
 .
Sagittarius (Nov23/Dec21) You're starting to worry about work prospects. A good job may be winding down, forcing you to find another position. At times like these, it's best to put feelers out for other jobs. Spread the word amongst friends that you're looking for a new assignment. Right now, whom you know is more important than what you know. If you are unemployed, take this opportunity to get back in shape. Looking good in interviews will attract more job offers.
 .
Capricorn (Dec22/Jan20) Don't just surrender yourself to pleasure. You have an important appointment to keep. It's easy to forget meetings when you're locked in a lover's arms. If you're single, it's possible you've been neglecting your work. Keep focused, even if it means avoiding the advances of a flirtatious admirer. You can't afford to take your eyes off the prize at this juncture. When you encounter difficulties, call on an influential group to get your agenda pushed through.
 .
Aquarius (Jan21/Feb19) Relatives mean well, but they don't really have an objective opinion of your talent. If you want to apply for a high powered job, ask someone with experience for help. They'll be able to review your CV and make helpful suggestions. It's possible you don't have enough experience to land this position. Working as a volunteer will give you the necessary skills to get ahead. It will take longer than you think to meet your goal, but the sacrifice will be worth it.
 .
Pisces (Feb20/Mar20) Friends are trying to discourage you from expressing your creativity. That's because they are threatened by your ideas. Part of the job of an artist is to express concepts others are afraid to discuss. Stop looking to the public for affirmation. Work to please yourself. At first, it will feel as if you're isolated and alienated. Eventually your vision will catch on and you'll acquire a sizable fan base. It takes time for genius to take flower. Be patient!

Chi-Li and Gosha Kutsenko Lyrics - Tales
 .
The poor artist canvas whitens
And the river Neva bridges in the morning brings ...
In the courtyard is buzzing the kids,
Maybe it will rain
I spite without an umbrella.
How would I find in this world, its
and do not lose that more complicated
life to live with it, until the end of days.
even more difficult

chorus:
Day night anyway
black and white film.
Hi how are you and run away again
Day night, as you're there
may still not in vain, syllable by syllable.
The good fairy tales as a child read to us.

People are running on distillation,
beat on the glass, as in the dark moths.
Somewhere in traffic sleep in reality,
Maybe it will rain umbrella because we do not to anything.
How would I find in this world, it
and do not lose that yet more complex
Life would have to live with him until the end of days.
even more difficult

chorus:
Day night anyway
black and white film.
Hi how are you, and again fled.
Day night as you're there,
may still not in vain, syllable by syllable.
The good fairy tales as a child read to us.

15 de Octubre 2011 -- Revolución Mundial -- Unidos para el Cambio Global

Uploaded by on Oct 5, 2011

- Utiliza twiter, facebook, tuenti, y cualquier otra red social.
- Escribe en foros, blogs, periódicos, etc.
- Pega carteles, distribuye panfletos.

OCTOBER 15th 2011 WILL BE THE BEGINNING!

TOGETHER WE CAN CHANGE THE WORLD, TAKE PART!

WE ARE THE OUTRAGED, THE ANONYMOUS, THE VOICELESS. WE WERE THERE, SILENT BUT ALERT, WATCHING. NOT GAZING UPWARD AT THE POWERS THAT BE, BUT LOOKING FROM SIDE TO SIDE FOR THE RIGHT TIME TO UNITE WITH EACH OTHER.

NO POLITICAL PARTY, ASSOCIATION OR TRADE UNION REPRESENTS US.
NOR DO WE WANT THEM TO, BECAUSE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US SPEAKS FOR HER OR HIMSELF. TOGETHER, WE WANT TO DESIGN AND CREATE A WORLD WHERE PEOPLE AND NATURE COME FIRST, BEFORE ECONOMIC INTERESTS. WE WANT TO DESIGN AND BUILD THE BEST POSSIBLE WORLD.

TOGETHER WE CAN AND WE WILL. UNAFRAID
