CORTOMETRAJE GANADOR "best" "24 Hour Film Challenge 2010"
MARBELLA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
Ganador Premio Mejor Cortometraje 2010

SHORT FILM WINNER "best" "24 Hour Film Challenge 2010"
MARBELLA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
Winner Best Short Film Award 2010

Congratulations to all participants and especially to the magnificent
organization.

The event, organized by the Marbella International Film Festival in
association with New World Trust and with the support of Marbella Film
Commission offers a great opportunity for filmmakers to expand
their curriculum and demonstrate their talents to audiences around the world.

The Marbella old town and the reception party for the Marbella Film Festival at the H10 Andalucía Plaza Hotel had to be included in the short and the prop given to us by the organization was a lighter which had to be included on the script.

The maximum time to produce the short was 24 hours. Music
editing, sound, effects, titles, etc.

In our case, we had big problems with elements necessary for the accomplishment of our script. Actors that never came, speedboat motor failure, we were having nightmares.
At 12 noon all the participating teams began to work except us. We spent all day trying to find some solution including a new script, at 21.30 hours we started recording

Wena Wena Wena.and we finished editing 5 minutes before maximum delivery time imposed by the organization.

Enjoy the film and hope to see you all next year 2011

Russell Grant's Daily Horoscopes for Sunday 4th September 2011

.
Aries (Mar21/Apr20) Setting yourself apart from the crowd is no problem. You've always been a pioneer, and enjoy wearing cutting edge fashions and experimenting with the latest technology. Your willingness to embrace the future will result in an offer to teach a class or write a book. It's flattering to realise people will pay good money for your guidance. If you play your cards right, you'll be given a travel allowance. Head for somewhere scenic and spectacular.
 .
Taurus (Apr21/May21) At long last, you have an opportunity to break free of the daily grind and do what you want. Inventing a new recipe, mixing colours, and creating a new design are among the possibilities. You're never happier than when you're engaging your senses. If you're suffering from nervous tension, try some deep breathing exercises. Learning to relax can take the edge off. Deep down inside, you're a very tranquil person. It's not healthy for you to be immersed in a frenetic atmosphere.
 .
Gemini (May22/Jun21) Your goals are undergoing a radical change; the lifestyle you once thought was so attractive now appears empty. Devoting your life to artistic and intellectual pursuits is the way to go. If that means leaving a mind numbing job, so be it. Alternatively, you may decide to move to a city that is famous for its museums, galleries, and theatres. It's even possible you'll decide to go to a place where you can work less and spend more time on the creative pursuits you love.
 .
Cancer (Jun22/Jul23) A sudden opportunity to move up the ladder of success will present itself. You have to move like lightning to take advantage of it. If you go on a job interview, emphasise your willingness to learn a job from the ground up. The more familiar you are with how the entire operation runs, the easier it will be to succeed. Opportunities related to the military, police work, and fitness are especially favoured. You might also want to explore jobs involving the legal profession, publishing, or travel.
 .
Leo (Jul24/Aug23) You yearn to see distant places, but are afraid of abandoning your responsibilities. Stop laying a guilt trip on yourself. You're always encouraging other people to have fun. It's about time you did the same. Talk to a neighbour about watching your pets and plants while you're away. If you have children, ask a relative to care for them while you're away. This is your big chance to expand your horizons. Fortunately, your family will be very supportive of your plans.
 .
Virgo (Aug24/Sep23) An unexpected refund, dividend, or inheritance improves your financial standing. Use this sum to develop your creative talent. Take a class or study with a respected artisan. Having someone to supervise your efforts will build your confidence. It will also make you more productive. You'll be more prone to work when you're given deadlines. If a youngster shows an interest in painting, music, or writing, encourage their pursuits. This is their chance to pursue their heart's desire.
 .
Libra (Sep24/Oct23) Good news about your business or romantic partner is music to your ears. It's time to go out and celebrate. Take pride in the knowledge you contributed to their success. Now your friend is riding high, it's time to put your own talents to the test. Look for a job or volunteer position that will showcase your abilities. You may have to start at the bottom, but at least you will be doing work that's meaningful to you.
 .
Scorpio (Oct24/Nov22) Be willing to make last minute changes to your schedule for the sake of a moneymaking deal. You might have to work over the weekend, but you'll be paid handsomely for your contributions. There's the added bonus this is a fun assignment. Being able to make a client's life easier gives you a sense of pride. You're good at convincing people to abandon their old ways for a healthier lifestyle. It's just a matter of peering into their psyches and finding what makes them tick.
 .
Sagittarius (Nov23/Dec21) You're very impulsive, especially when it comes to romance. Sweep your amour off their feet with a fabulous gift. Choose a special memento that reflects and rewards their creative interests. Are you single? You can meet someone special over the next few days at a party, get together or special celebration. If you'd like to get in better shape they will be more than happy to help. The two of you will enjoy working out together.
 .
Capricorn (Dec22/Jan20) Keeping an unorthodox schedule is causing some pleasant changes on the home front. Everybody is loosening up and stepping outside of their roles. You're starting to see how you misjudged a certain relative, who couldn't thrive in the old arrangement. If you're looking to save money, you may want to find a roommate. You hit it off with someone who doesn't care about convention. The two of you make a strange but compelling pair.
 .
Aquarius (Jan21/Feb19) A chance meeting with a neighbour sets off an exciting chain of events. Your community is coming together to raise money for a good cause. Don't be surprised when you are asked to lead the effort. You have a talent for working with people from all walks of life. Even the most eccentric members of your team feel valued and accepted. That's because you're not distracted by appearances. You can pinpoint somebody's talent within a few minutes, making it easy to delegate jobs.
 .
Pisces (Feb20/Mar20) Finances are looking up, but the picture won't always remain this rosy. You have to be mindful of the future. Put as much of your windfall into an interest bearing account, where it will grow and multiply. Then, when lean times return, you'll have a comfortable cushion. If your job feels suffocating, you can find one that gives you a lot more independence. The more advanced your technical skills, the better your prospects will be. Maybe it's time to take a refresher course.

Dos hermosas mujeres, Natasha, rusa y Alba, española, se encuentran por primera vez en una noche en Roma, donde vivirán durante una noche y un día una aventura erótica
.

Plot

Alba (Elena Anaya) seduces a stranger (Natasha, played by Natasha Yarovenko) at a club (the details of how they met are left vague). Alba invited Natasha to her hotel room in what seems merely a harmless sexual adventure crowning their last night in Rome. Natasha is at first reluctant - she insists she is not a lesbian - that she likes men. Alba says that many who experience lesbian relationships never go back to men. It is clear that Alba has done this before.

However, through stories, memories and interaction with artworks in the room, the two connect tremendously, descending more and more into perilous depths of truth, trust, and ultimately love. The lovers eventually agree to part ways, returning to their previous lives in Russia and Spain. However, in this regard the ending of the film is ambiguous.
