Balada triste de trompeta (2010) es una película dirigida por Álex de la Iglesia, que se comenzó a rodar el 18 de enero de 2010. Su rodaje tuvo lugar en Madrid, Alcoy y en los estudios Ciudad de la Luz (Alicante). Se convierte en la primera película de Alex de la Iglesia en la que no trabaja junto a Jorge Guerricaechevarria.

La película obtuvo el León de Plata a la mejor dirección y el premio al mejor guión en la Mostra de Venecia de 2010.

Se estrenará en España el día 17 de diciembre de 2010.
