The President told the 2,000 delegates that Afghanistan's relationship with the US should be one of two independent states.

Kabul is negotiating a strategic partnership with Washington to define America's role after its scheduled troop withdrawal by 2014.

Karzai said US military bases would be allowed: it would bring in money and training for Afghan forces.

لاتفاقية الأمنية مع الولايات المتحدة ولكن مع كامل السيادة الافغانية : ان دعوة حميد كرزاي في اجتماع كبير من شيوخ القبائل في العاصمة كابول.

وقال الرئيس المندوبين 2000 أن أفغانستان العلاقة مع الولايات المتحدة يجب ان تكون واحدة من دولتين مستقلتين.

كابول التفاوض على الشراكة الاستراتيجية مع واشنطن لتحديد دور أميركا بعد انسحاب قواتها المقرر بحلول عام 2014.

وقال كرزاي سيسمح القواعد العسكرية الامريكية : انه سيحقق في الاموال والتدريب للقوات الافغانية.

China - Artist Ai Weiwei: Chinese authorities 'robbed' me

Aided by wellwishers' donations from far and wide, he has paid a bond of almost a million euros to begin an appeal against a huge tax demand.

"More or less, (I feel) like I was a hostage half year ago. Now I pay the ransom, and I feel I was robbed. But, you know, officially," he said as he made his way to the local tax bureau to begin the appeal procedure.
