Strategic Minerals (LON:SML) boss finds "exactly what we are looking for": ProactiveInvestors Stocktube

Published on 22 Jun 2016
Strategic Minerals PLC (LON:SML) chairman Alan Broome tells Proactive Investors about the early indications from the Hanns Camp drill programme.

“We drilled some holes and intersected some nickel sulphide which is exactly what we were looking for. The next step is to do some very detailed analysis” he says.

Broome also explains the rationale behind the firm's three-pronged approach to adding new assets to the portfolio.

“We are fairly fortunate as a junior company that we already have a producing asset in the U.S that actually pays for our overheads" he says.

Broome adds: “So we are looking for bulk material opportunities, rare earths and metals with a five year indicated improvement in demand and price: nickel, tin & tungsten.”
