Hillary Clinton upped the ante in what has become a sustained back-and-forth with Donald Trump, suggesting that the presumptive Republican nominee wants to be a dictator

 In an interview with CNN's Jake Tapper, GOP presumptive presidential nominee Donald Trump doubled down on his criticism of Hillary Clinton and the judge presiding over the Trump University case.
