#Iraq - Liberation of Fallujah is beginning of Daesh's end: Analyst: PressTV News Videos

Published on 30 May 2016
Iraqi special and counter-terrorism forces have entered the Daesh-held city of Fallujah in Anbar province as part of a major offensive to flush out the terrorists.

This is the third phase of the massive operation, which began in the early hours of Monday, and marks the start of an urban combat against the terror group. Iraqi commanders say their forces are marching from three directions on the city which lies some 50 kilometers west of Baghdad. The assault follows week-long attacks that saw the recapture of surrounding villages. Rights groups, meanwhile, say some three-thousand people have managed to escape the city. Fallujah fell to Daesh in the summer of 2014. About 50000 people are believed to be trapped in the city proper.

During the first British F3 Championship, Ameya Vaidyanathan was involved in this huge incident... and he came out of it completely fine... and if that doesn't show how amazing racing's become, I don't know what is.
Also, well done to the marshalls for dealing with it so well!
(Being very careful in terms of wording this, since it's gone badly before)

#Iran - The Debate - Saudi Arabia Obstructionism: PressTV News Videos

Published on 29 May 2016
More than 8 months have passed since the last Hajj in Saudi Arabia has taken place. During Hajj of 2015, more than 2400 hajj pilgrims were killed due to a stampede and Saudi negligence. At least 460 Iranians were among those who were killed. Tens of other Iranian pilgrims were also killed in a crane crash in Mecca during last year’s Hajj.

Still Saudi Arabia has not taken responsibility for the deaths and now another Hajj season is on its way in four months. This year’s Hajj will take place without the participation of Iranians who Riyadh has refused to guarantee their safety and to respect their rights. Many continue to ask why the Wahhabi regime of Saudi Arabia has the right to choose which Muslim can or can’t go to Hajj?
