Russell Grant’s Weekly Horoscopes: Monday 28th March 2011

Aries (Mar21/Apr20) Something you witness could stir up some painful memories that might keep you awake at night. Mercury will turn retrograde in your sign later in the week. This isn’t a time to expect too much from yourself or others. Being sensible and taking a totally realistic view of life will help you get more satisfaction out of the days without feeling too frustrated! You might soon be renewing a relationship with an old friend.
 .
.
Taurus (Apr21/May21) The only way to get another person to see a situation through your eyes is to be quietly persistent. Letting them see your impatience could bring on an even more stubborn mood which will delay plans further! If you have something important you need to discuss with someone, don’t leave it until the evenings, when they are too tired to concentrate. Trust your intuition this week even if you have no way of proving to others that your hunches are right.
 .
Gemini (May22/June21) Although normally you could sell ice to Eskimos you may have to admit defeat this week when there are certain people who will not budge in their opinions. With your ruler Mercury turning retrograde, you could be dealing with some stubborn friends or workmates who will constantly resist suggestions you feel can’t be faulted. A workshop you were looking forward to and may even have paid for, might be cancelled.
 .
Cancer (June22/July23) Getting an unfinished project out of the way will leave more room in your life for your other interests. Someone is keen to get you involved in their favourite activities but you aren’t so sure they are for you. Continue to play a waiting game without committing yourself to anything of a long term nature. You might agree on a trial or to attending a few sessions before deciding what you are going to do.
 .
Leo (July24/Aug23) A disappointment may have something to do with travel arrangements but don’t allow this to colour your views on the rest of your life. A loving relationship for instance will bring you immense joy and happiness. Keep reminding yourself of a favour you promised to do for someone, until it is done. It could so easily slip your mind and you could leave them feeling as if they can’t trust you. You can avoid this by fulfilling obligations straight away.
 .
Virgo (Aug24/Sept23) If you want to keep up with everything that is going on at work and in the home make a point of circulating amongst colleagues and friends. There may be some coolness between you and someone you see almost every day. You both have different ideas on a subject and neither of you will budge from your standpoint. You feel let down by someone you trusted but there are others around who will seem more understanding.

Libra (Sept24/Oct23) Other people wonder exactly what your views are and they aren’t the only ones who are feeling confused. Even you will sometimes feel uncertain. The problem is you can argue both sides of a situation so well that it’s difficult to know what to do for the best. It’s unlikely you will ever make your mind up unless you spin a coin and let heads or tails be the deciding factor.
 .
Scorpio (Oct24/Nov22) Even if you’ve never done so before, if you notice your boss or a colleague is fumbling with a job, go out of your way to provide advice and words of support. Senior colleagues are human too and they appreciate help just like anyone else. Any person who seems all at sea or is slightly unsure of themselves will welcome your help and guidance. Friendship and work could be linked in some way at this time.
 .
Sagittarius (Nov23/Dec21). The estimate for a household repair or improvement idea is way above the price you had anticipated. You or a housemate might be seriously thinking about tackling the job yourselves. Before you do, consider whether you are up to it or could you make things worse by attempting something that is beyond your capabilities. A friend who is something of an expert in this area could be willing to give you some help.
 .
Capricorn (Dec22/Jan20) Children and teenagers in particular could cause problems with their rebellious attitude and obstructive mood. It won’t be easy to hide your feelings but patience will be necessary if you are to take a firm line and don’t let them get their own way. It would be a big mistake to adopt a policy of appeasement as this will only bring more problems in the future. Conditions and circumstances of the past may return.
 .
Aquarius (Jan21/Feb19) Try to use the restless mood that now has you in its grip in a positive way. Push jobs that may demand hours of your time to one side as you won’t have the concentration necessary to do them justice. Instead, deal with odds and ends from the past and get these out of your way. Think about how you might change your everyday routines to make life more interesting in the future. You could be deluged with paperwork as the week comes to an end with a number of tiresome forms to fill in.
 .
Pisces (Feb20/Mar20) You’ve always been in tune with your spirituality and you can usually rely on your instincts. Not so this week! Your intuition may not be your best friend and if you follow what you feel is a gut feeling, you could end up in an awkward situation. You may have to re-arrange your budget in order to afford some unexpected but necessary expenses. Frustrations and restrictions may hamper your progress at work.

Russell Grant’s Daily Horoscopes for Saturday 26th March 2011

Aries (Mar21/Apr20) You’ve got to be more patient with an authority figure who is waiting to make a decision. Behaving in a hasty fashion will destroy a project in its infancy stage. It would be a terrible shame for everyone’s hard work to go to waste. Find a distraction. Going out with friends can be a welcome diversion. Head for a movie, concert, or play. Let your loved ones choose what you should do. You’ve never been comfortable in the passenger seat, but there’s always time to get adjusted.
 .
Я хотел бы это сделать, если моя любимая была рядом со мной
.
Taurus (Apr21/May21) The freedom to come and go as you choose will be taken away. It’s enormously frustrating to be held captive by a bunch of arbitrary rules. Fortunately, you have the vision and experience to challenge these directives. By banding together with a prominent member of your community, you will ensure these abuses never occur again. You’ve never been a rebel, but you can’t stand it when people suffer because of someone else’s stupidity.
 .
Gemini (May22/Jun21) An unreliable friend is leading you astray. Keep your own counsel, especially when it comes to deciding the future. Furthering your education is the best way to go. Your loved ones think you should study something practical, but it doesn’t suit your whimsical personality. You’re drawn to other visionary fields like astronomy, marine biology, or religion. Escaping the mundane for the extraordinary brings out the best in you. Money from a scholarship, grant, or loan will cover the costs of tuition.
 .
Cancer (Jun22/Jul23) There are worse things in life than losing face. If your reputation takes a hit, maybe it’s time to scale back your ambitions. Spend more time on your personal life, where you don’t have to explain yourself all the time. Eventually, you’ll be able to return to the fray and do some damage control. Right now it’s more important to reconnect with the people who have loved and supported you through this wild rollercoaster ride. Find ways to give back all the gifts you’ve received.
 .
Leo (Jul24/Aug23) Someone is trying to get you to adopt their religious or political beliefs. This is really annoying. It feels like this pest has no respect for your ideas, and that’s probably true. The only way to get them to leave you alone is to draw a firm boundary. Make it clear their comments are unwelcome, and cut off all communications when they try to introduce the subject again. Don’t worry; the vast majority of the group will support your brave stance.
 .
Virgo (Aug24/Sep23) A close relationship comes to a sudden end. The aftermath is painful, because you weren’t expecting this break at all. The best way to heal is to express your creative side. Doing something physically creative will lift the weight off your mind. You won’t recover overnight, but you will relieve some of the depression that is making life so bleak. In addition, a spiritually rewarding job will land in your lap. Getting paid to help others is your idea of heaven.
 .
Libra (Sep24/Oct23) Your uncooperative attitude is damaging an intimate partnership. You can’t keep engaging in these power struggles. At some point, you have to decide who is going to be the leader of a particular initiative, and then live with that arrangement. You can always switch roles in later initiatives. Right now consistency is key. Fortunately, your family is poised to nurse your wounded ego back to health. Let them give you the tender loving care you crave, or you’ll be more irritable.
 .
Scorpio (Oct24/Nov22) You’re consumed by nervous energy. It will be difficult to get anything done if you stay in this state and don’t learn to chill out. Relaxation techniques can bring your heart rate back to normal. It’s finally become necessary to deliver some painful news to a neighbour, friend or relative. Be as gentle as you possibly can; remember, this information will come as a terrible shock. Think back to a time when you experienced a similar blow and act accordingly.
 .
Sagittarius (Nov23/Dec21) A romantic infatuation is wreaking havoc with your life. Get a little distance from the object of your affection, just so you can give your heart a chance to heal. There is more than one fish in the sea. As soon as you focus your attention elsewhere, the easier it will become to overcome your disappointment. The relationship you’ve been dreaming about will never come to fruition. The reason for this is hidden right now, but you’ll soon be glad you dodged this bullet.

Capricorn (Dec22/Jan20) A wiring problem will create terrible inconvenience at your home or office. You may have to stay elsewhere until the repairs are made. Fortunately, a sympathetic friend will offer to put you up while the job is being performed. Accept this offer with a grateful heart, and don’t forget to give your loved one a gift before you leave. You have a little more money for luxuries right now. Why not spend it on a dream holiday? You’ve been working too hard lately.
 .
Aquarius (Jan21/Feb19) You’re reluctant to take some good advice, probably because you don’t want to be indebted to the person who has given it. Get off your high horse and do the intelligent thing. It doesn’t matter who suggested this course of action. The important thing is you start moving towards a happier, healthier existence. Lately, you’ve been having a lot of second thoughts about your life path. You’re starting to wonder if you should downsize your life and lead a more spiritual existence.
 .
Pisces (Feb20/Mar20) Beware of impulse spending as something you feel compelled to have will quickly lose its charm. You’re better off conserving your resources. An influential friend can get you into an exclusive club. Ask them to write you a letter of recommendation. Pay attention to your dreams. They are providing you with clues as to which path to take. Finding a way to spend more time with the people you love is paramount. You’re tired of devoting your entire life to work.
