La actriz española Penélope Cruz ha dado a luz a su primer hijo en una clínica de Los Ángeles, según publicaron medios, lo cual supondría la mejor celebración para el padre, el también actor Javier Bardem, que el martes fue elegido como candidato por tercera vez para un Oscar.

Cruz, de 36 años, y Bardem, de 41 años, se casaron en verano del año pasado en una discreta ceremonia en Bahamas, culminando una relación que comenzó en 2007.

La actriz madrileña habría ingresado el lunes en la conocida clínica Cedars Sinaí de Los Ángeles y habría dado a luz el martes, sin que se conozca el sexo del bebé, de acuerdo con la información de varios medios. Fuentes familiares habrían confirmado la noticia, aunque los representantes de ambos actores no se han pronunciado al respecto, agregó.

Cruz y Bardem, que habría estado junto a su mujer en el parto, son dos de los actores españoles más internacionales y más galardonados, y forman parte del selecto club de parejas ganadoras del Oscar.
