We believe the the much maligned Spanish Government in it´s handling of the financial crisis (caused in a great part by speculators short selling) has handled the crisis very well - Credit where credit is due. However Easy Jet, Monarch, Ryan Air, British Airways and Iberia say that it could be a further 48 hours before the backlog of passengers is cleared.
