rounds of tear gas. President Nicolas Maduro has been under intense
pressure as the economic conditions worsen in his country of 30 million
people. One woman told a reporter, "There's no more food in the shops
and supermarkets. We're hungry and we're tired." Venezuelans are
suffering from shortages of basic goods like milk and flour, despite
being a country with the world's largest oil reserves. President Maduro
blames the unrest on the fall in global oil prices. Government officials
