If there’s a Brexit, what happens to expats? Retirees living in southwest France fear their healthcare and state pensions will be in danger if Britain votes to leave the EU on June 23rd. But, many can’t cast a ballot because British citizens lose the right to vote after they’ve lived abroad for 15 years. France 24’s Claire Williams and Alix Le Bourdon went to the Lot to meet members of the local British community.

North Korea test-fired what appeared to be a second mid-range missile on Wednesday.

South Korea's military said it flew about 400 kilometers. In theory, that distance is more than halfway towards the southwest coast of Japan's main Honshu island.

It said an earlier launch failed.

The Japanese prime minister said such tests can not be tolerated.
