North Korea - IAEA receives invitation

The latest bomb blast to rip through a city in Iraq exploded in the oil
rich province of Kirkuk where police say a total of three explosions
killed nine and wounded 39.The string of attacks, say sources have now claimed the lives of at least 39 people, the deadliest in the holy city of Kerbala where at least 13 were killed.
Sixteen car and roadside bombs have exploded across the country, one in Mahmudiya in the south killed three people.
The blasts come despite heightened security ahead of next weeks Arab League summit in Baghdad. Officials said about 100,000 troops have been deployed to safeguard the politicians.
Analysts believe the Iraq government will be in the spotlight as they host the regions leaders for the first time since the withdrawal of US troops in December.

utiliza a su emblema nacional: los osos panda. No se trata de incluir
extractos del animal en la infusión, sino algo más simple y
escatológico, emplean sus heces para fertilizar el té.
La mayoría de la gente les tiene por unos seres graciosos y hasta adorables. De hecho, suelen ser las estrellas más aclamadas por los niños en los zoológicos. Aprovechando su tirón, un empresario chino ha visto en ellos una idea de negocio tan escatológica como exclusiva: si dan tanto postín a las exhibiciones de animales, por qué no hacer lo mismo con el té. No es que exprima a los pandas para fabricar la bebida, si no que se le ocurrió usar sus excrementos para abonar las plantas.
De este modo, las heces tienen un alto contenido en bambú, la comida favorita de los pandas que luego le dará un sabor especial al té.
Su elaboración es completamente natural y orgánica. La fabricación artesanal y original del método convierten al té de panda en el más caro del mundo, a unos 24 euros el kilo.
