Villanueva del Rosario collecting the olives in El Brosque

On saturday went to Pilates in Villanueva del Rosario - might take 2 classes a week

I could only manage about 20 minutes of the one hour as it was pretty advanced
there maybe a video later of the session as it was being film

Also if you believe in fate it was meant to be uploaded by ello on that day. Further in my personal relationship with a Ukrainian lady I also felt "tied up". I rarely make a promise but when I do I keep it.  I have promised to look after her for the rest of her life, to fly to her in Germany or to pay for her travel costs to me. Silence can kill love and I hope that she does not make this mistake. She liked to refer to me as her Don Quijote and herself as Dulcinea del Toboso
