http://www.euronews.net/ Romania has ratified an agreement to host US missile interceptors on its soil, ahead of a NATO meeting in Brussels. The weapons will be deployed in 2015. While the US claims the anti-missile shield is to stop attacks from rogue states, Moscow opposes the programme saying they are effectively aimed at Russia.

România a ratificat un acord pentru a găzdui interceptoare de rachete americane pe teritoriul său, înainte de o reuniune NATO de la Bruxelles. Armele vor fi implementate în 2015. În timp ce Statele Unite sustine ca scutul anti-rachetă este de a opri atacurile de la statele paria, Moscova se opune programului spunând că sunt efectiv vizează Rusia.
