The victim is normally a vulnerable person or person going through a difficult period of time.
The vulture www.ualadys.com approached me in the summer of 2007 inviting me to place my profile for free on their site. I had just been diagosed with cancer. I did not think anything would happen and did it more for a joke.
I had 40 sessions of radio therapy from October 5 to December 5 2007 having to make a round trip of 100 km every week day to receive it. On the 15th December I received an e-mail saying that Lidiya P #8135 had written to me. Went I visited the site I found that a further 9 women unbeknown to me had written. After careful consideration over a week I decided to ignore the other ladies letters and wrote to Lidiya (23 December 2007)
During January of 2008 ualadys.com had an ugly fight in public with uadreams.com on whose books the lady that I was writing to was with in the Donetsk Ukraine office.
Obviously at this stage of my life I was in a very vunerable position hence falling for the scammers e-mail.

После тщательного рассмотрения более недели я решил игнорировать другие дамы и письма писал Лидия (23 декабря 2007 года)
В январе 2008 года был ualadys.com уродливые драться в общественном месте с uadreams.com на чьи книги леди, что я пишу, чтобы было с офисом в Донецке Украина.
Очевидно, на данном этапе моей жизни я была в очень vunerable позиции, следовательно, падение для мошенников по электронной почте.

I do not tolerate liars or scammers - if you have been a victim tell your story here
Credit Card Companies Visa and Mastercard are quite happy to earn fees from fraudulent websites and police bodies do not appear to do anything about combating internet crime.
We are finding that the most effective way to fight this type of crime is a mixture of blogs
i.e

and this one coupled with forums such as
www.delphifaq.com/faq/russian_marriage_scams/f5332.shtml - http://bit.ly/2mg228
These have prooved beyond all reasonable doubt
1. fraud in the duplication of initial letters sent to multiple men purporting to have been written just to one man.
2. Identity theft
This has been reported (June 2009) to VISA but to date we have not been advised that any action has been take as their logos still appear on the websites. In other words they are profiting from fraud are they not?
Many men have reported online dating agencies to the FBI and likewise they seem to be doing absolutely nothing. At least Mr Putin did act in Russia on the complaint of an Australian. Well done Mr Putin.
If you have been scammed you are quite welcome to tell us in the comment box below. By doing this could could well save someone else. I am finding that I am becoming a consultant to scam victims. The victims of www.dream-marraige.com should start their own blog publishing the scam letters!
