Yemen - protesters 'shot dead' despite president's deal to leave / اليمن -- 'رميا بالرصاص' المحتجين على الرغم من اتفاق الرئيس لمغادرة

http://www.euronews.net/ At least five people are reported to have been killed in Yemen as armed men including security forces opened fire on demonstrators in the capital Sanaa.

It is not known how many are injured. The bodies of at least four of the dead were taken to a nearby hospital.

The protesters were said to have been demonstrating against a deal that guarantees President Ali Abdullah Saleh immunity from prosecution when he leaves power.

وأفاد ما لا يقل عن خمسة اشخاص لقوا مصرعهم في اليمن مثل الرجل المسلح بما في ذلك قوات الأمن فتحت النار على متظاهرين في العاصمة صنعاء.

ليس من المعروف كيف العديد من الجرحى. تم نقل جثث ما لا يقل عن اربعة من القتلى الى مستشفى قريب.

وقال ان المحتجين قد تظاهروا ضد اتفاق يضمن الرئيس اليمني علي عبد الله صالح الحصانة من الملاحقة القضائية عندما يغادر السلطة.

http://www.euronews.net/ Egypt's ruling military council on Thursday apologised for the deaths of protesters in clashes earlier this week.

In a message posted on its Facebook page, the council said it "expressed its condolences for the families of the martyrs across the country".

The unrest is entering its sixth day. At least forty people have been killed.

Demonstrators want a quicker handover to civilian rule.

اعتذر المجلس العسكري الحاكم في مصر يوم الخميس عن وفاة متظاهر في اشتباكات في وقت سابق من هذا الاسبوع.

في رسالة نشرت على صفحة الفيسبوك والخمسين ، وقال المجلس انه "اعرب عن تعازيه لأسر الشهداء في جميع أنحاء البلاد".

الاضطرابات يدخل يومه السادس. وقتل ما لا يقل عن اربعين شخصا.

More than 100 firefighters have been brought in, while planes have been used to drop water on the afflicted areas.

The fires have spread over 1800 hectares, threatening farms, forests and vineyards in the Margaret River wine region.

It began as an authorised burn in a national park about 280 kilometres south of Perth. But as the area was hit by high winds the fire quickly spread and the situation grew out of control
