These people could break up a couples marriage by sending out this spam mail. Wonder if they could be sued for this? OK I am not married but if I was I would be furious

On this warm and sunny spring day I wish you were here with me. It would be nice to spend a whole day together... to put off all work and duties and devote it only to two of us..

It’s so nice to walk and roam the streets in early spring, to feel warm rays of sun on your skin, to hear birds singing, to sit in a cafe on the old curvy street, watching people passing by. And we don’t have to rush anywhere, we may talk, smile, drink hot coffee..
