Hola:

Acabo de recibir una llamada del 2210 que aparece identificada como "Yavoy". Al descolgar suena una música y una locución que pide que pulsemos "1" para contratar dicho servicio. Sino pulsas "1" la locución insiste en que pulses "1"...

Acabo de "googlear" un poco (¿se puede decir "googlear" a estas horas...?) y he visto que no soy el único.

Me parece muy bien que Movistar comercialice lo que quiera pero lo que no me parece tan bien es que utilice este tipo de publicidad-marketing agresivo que roza la ilegalidad...

Primero cobrar la Identificación de Llamada por defecto en la línea fija (activársela al Cliente aunque no la haya pedido), luego endosar el Modem Usb a los Usuarios-Cientes sin pedirlo y vincularles a un Contrato de un Producto que no quieren, y ahora la agresiva campaña del "Yavoy"...

¿Qué será lo próximo?. Por favor un poquito de respeto hacia sus clientes, ASÍ NO, ASÍ NO VAMOS POR EL BUEN CAMINO.

(En vez de invertir tiempo y recursos en llamarme para endosarme un "Yavoy" empléenlos en liberar mi línea fija...)
