Aries (Mar21/Apr20) Getting a loved one to agree to something you want to do won't be easy: persevere. Since they won't like what you're going to say, start sowing the seeds of this idea by bringing up the subject in a roundabout way. You're desperate for things to go your way but you've got to be patient. It isn't time yet to reveal all your plans. This more tentative approach could win you the response you are hoping for. You need their support and you will get it if you take your time to win them around.

Taurus (Apr21/May21) You aren't impressed by those who are taking too bold an outlook; they're only thinking of themselves. You will be taking a much more sensitive line and that's what will gain you most respect and support. If you're in a competitive situation, you could be surprised by how your efficiency and practicality seems to triumph over those who are dynamic and daring. When working with others you want to feel there is a real partnership between you and you're both equally involved in making decisions.

Gemini (May22/June21) If you made some new goals for yourself you might review how these are doing now. It's early days yet so don't get too disheartened if you haven't made a lot of progress. Consider the barriers that might stop you reaching your goals and identify all areas over which you have direct control. Make a firm decision to tackle these barriers one by one over the months ahead and you will slowly but surely take control of your life.

Cancer (June22/July23) You can't switch off your feelings even when those who are less sensitive accuse you of being too emotional. You can't help the way you are and when you are loyal, loving and sensitive you have nothing to be ashamed of. Your feelings are an essential part of you and you find it as hard to understand those who are cool and aloof as they are in trying to identify with you. Someone you are with won't stop fidgeting all day long as there is a special experience they are looking forward to. What you should ask yourself is why your current mood seems to draw you towards the melancholic and negative of your world. You need to get out and live instead of moping around. Scorpio (Oct24/Nov22) You don't have to know you can win before taking up a challenge; if you like the idea, try it. Dreams are fine but they will always remain dreams if you don't at least try to make them happen. Let's face it, you've always been a perfectionist and you will give anything you take on your best. If it doesn't turn out exactly as planned at least you will have got something out of the experience. Stagnation will not stimulate or content you. Life should be lived so don't let fear of losing hold you back.

Sagittarius (Nov23/Dec21) People who are working on a project that's just about to be launched really need you. This puts you in a better position than you had been earlier, to make a better deal with them. If you weren't happy with previous terms but others refused to budge, negotiate until you get a better offer. Getting past the initial dialogues can be unsettling but you will thank yourself later for sticking it out until you're happy with the offer.

Capricorn (Dec22/Jan20) Sleep on it if you have to make an important decision that could have far reaching consequences. You aren't the only person whose life it will affect and you've got to think about what this might mean to your partner and other loved ones. Hasty actions will be regretted. Anyone who tries to push or rush you is being inconsiderate. At least the same thing can't be said of you. You're approaching choices in an unselfish way because there are more than your own needs to consider.

Aquarius (Jan21/Feb19) How can someone call themselves a friend when they won't help or support you when you need it most? Their selfish attitude might take you aback. You can't help but wonder why they're being so narrow minded when you have done so much for them in the past. What's happening is you're starting to see a side of someone that's always been there only you've been blind to it. At least this gives you the chance to weigh up this friendship and its value in the future!

Pisces (Feb20/Mar20) You can't always will things to happen in your life even if you do believe in the power of positive thinking. If your hopes are connected with another person and they don't share the same dreams, it's unlikely they will come about. The question is why do you keep on wasting your time chasing after idealistic goals? There is nothing wrong with having big dreams but you are measuring your success against your failure to achieve the impossible.
