Earth (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn)
Earth is dependable, practical, and concerned with material comfort and stability. When the Earth element is in balance with the other elements, growth in life and relationships is stable. If you've been having trouble getting organized and dealing with practical issues, or if you've been feeling ungrounded, you are likely Earth-deficient. Planting, being in nature, and walking are all activities that can help you get in touch with your more grounded side - and there's no better time to engage in them than over the summer months.
Air (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius)
Air brings us into the realm of ideas and the intellect. Where there is plenty of Air, there is openness and acceptance of multiple perspectives.
