Intuition and Love

Source: California Psychics

Whether you realize it or not, you're naturally blessed with the instinctive knowledge to have the relationship you want, you simply have to apply it. More an inner voice than an actual emotion, intuition is the "gut feeling" that reminds you of a person just seconds before they call, or it creates a sense of calm that tells you you're on the right track- even if odds seem stacked against you.

Naturally bestowed to each of us for use as a survival tool, this "sixth sense" is intended to keep you in concert with the world around you. It follows then, that by getting in touch with your inner voice and honing a particular set of intuitive skills, you can improve your life as a whole and specifically, enhance your relationship!

Notice what you notice
One of the hardest things for those of us who aren't accustomed to tapping into our intuition to believe is that nothing is coincidence. Every single choice we make is a decision about what we want to encounter. It's all about perspective. In other words, we can choose to see the good in things, or we can choose to see the bad. Naturally, this applies to our love lives, too. Generally speaking, what strikes you about your partner? Over the next few days, make it a point to notice what you notice. From the socks left on the floor to that afternoon text message that reminds you that they're thinking of you, good, bad, sexy, annoying, whatever, make a note of your mate-related observations - mentally, or better yet, in a journal.

Now here's the hard part. Once you're looking over the things you noticed about your partner, it's not them you're judging, it's yourself. Did you notice mostly positive things or mostly negative? Do those things say more about your mate or more about you? It's not to say that noticing bad things is well, a bad thing, however, if you want to have a mutually loving and positive relationship and you're not noticing the positive aspects of your partner… you can see how that might be difficult, right?

Make it a point to point out the positives about your partner - in your own head and, if you really want to stir something, out loud (or in a note) to them. While you may be forcing it at first, pretty soon, you'll start to see these things before the dishes in the sink or the addiction to their blackberry. And if you find yourself still constantly drawn to the negative characteristics of your partner or your partnership, trust your gut… is it possible this person just isn't for you? Odds are, if you're down on them all the time, they're also at least a little down on you. Conversely, if you begin to accentuate the positivity in your perceptions, they will very likely begin to see more positive things in you! On that note…

The right kind of mirror
Anais Nin once said, "We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are." For most of us, nothing could be more true. After all, our eyes are the only eyes we can see things through! The catch, however, is that when we're in touch with our intuition, we can tell the difference between what we're projecting and what is legitimate information given to us by the universe.

Projections may make you angry or hurt - because they're touching a nerve. They're our own thoughts, feelings, fears or insecurities assigned to our partners. I'm not good enough for them, they'd prefer to date someone else, they're going to disappear. Intuitive messages, on the other hand, won't usually spark feelings, they'll come as facts or statements, and perhaps, as suggestions. Work is stressing them out - they need to relax. When you're really in tune, it may even get as specific as give them a foot massage. A great way to tell the difference between your intuition and your projections is that intuition is detached from your emotions.

In order to become the right kind of mirror for your mate, allow yourself to absorb the rolling thoughts and sensations that occur when you're around them (or you're reminded of them). Of course these messages may not come in straightforward phrases (like work is stressing them out). Rather, you may get images or hear sounds. A desk piled high with paperwork, a constantly ringing phone… Whatever your particular signals are, work on recognizing the difference between your projections and real intuitive information and gradually, you will be able to accommodate them in ways you hadn't done before, which will not only make them feel loved, but more inclined to do the same sorts of things for you!

Envision outcomes
Finally, now that you're used to 1) noticing what you notice, 2) paying attention to the thoughts and sensations given to you as signs, and 3) meeting your mate's subconscious needs, you can begin focusing on outcomes you'd like and how to get them. Of course, it's not quite as simple as rolling "take out the garbage!" on a repeat loop in your focused mind, but rather, it's about positive projection.

Instead, concentrate on outcomes like "Our life is so harmonious when we both take on our share of the housework." "Our sex is passionate when you bring me flowers for no reason or show up with take out after a particularly stressful day." Now, imagine the joy your partner feels when you have killer sex and a harmonious home life. Next, project that feeling upon them - not the "act" or "action" you desire, but the "outcome." If you operate with those intentions and project your partner's (not your) harmonious feelings, your outcomes will start to shift in the direction you desire. Hence, using intuition to make your love life happier.

There's a lot to be said for the power of suggestion! And if that's not quite enough at first, you may even want to share your outcomes with your partner. After all, "I think you're so sexy when you're doing the yard work," goes a lot further than "I wish you'd mow the lawn, already," don't you think?

Have you ever wondered what psychics were talking about?

Source: California Psychics

Many times psychics and spiritual advisors use language and words we may not be familiar with. That's why we consulted our experts to come up with this exclusive psychic dictionary. Now you can become familiar with - and learn the language of spiritual enlightenment. Use it to enhance your journey and understanding of yourself.

Air Signs
The three air signs of the zodiac are Gemini, Libra and Aquarius. Air Signs are communicative, intellectual and have clarity of thought. People with an abundance of Air in their chart tend to have their head in the clouds.

Ascendant
The ascendant means "rising sign," which is the sign that had just risen over the horizon at the moment of an individual's birth. The ascendant is your public persona - personality traits, needs and physical characteristics.

Aspect
An aspect is a relationship between two planets. This relationship generally consists of the geometrical angles between them - some aspects are beneficial while others present challenges.

Astral Plane
An astral plane is a level of awareness in the etheric world. It acts as a double of the earth with a notable exception - everything is neutral. It is a place where soul minds can meet and change forms.

Astrologer
An astrologer studies the relationships and influences of the stars and planets. Using this information, they can prepare astrological charts that can tell intimate details and predictions of people, places and things.

Astrology
Astrology includes the study of planetary cycles and how their respective energies influence life on earth. Astrology studies the harmony of the universe and relates it to the possibilities of human behavior and experience.

Aura
Everything present in nature has an aura - an envelope of energy that radiates from within. An aura is not visible to the normal eye but generally can be seen by Clairvoyants as a multicolored mist or halo of light.

Automatic Writing
Automatic writing is a free-flowing message sent by an entity in the form of the written word via a person. It is sometimes called 'trance' writing, because it is done quickly and without judgment. The person may appear in a trance-like state, putting down whatever comes to mind. The messages may be in a language foreign to the person's own native tongue and the handwriting can be unrecognizable to the person penning the words. It may also be lacking spaces and punctuation. Pictures or symbols may be part of the writing as well. Automatic writing allows the person access to the entity for guidance. It can also serve to retrieve information from your unconscious and/or provide insight.

Birth Chart
A birth chart is a basic tool of astrology which uses the date, time and place of an individual's birth to show the positions of the planets in the signs and houses at the time of birth.

Cardinal Sign
The Cardinal signs are Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. Cardinal signs are the initiators of the zodiac who are associated with getting the ball rolling - but also being impulsive.

Chakra
According to Tantric philosophy and Yoga, chakra is the Sanskrit word for 'moving wheel.' The chakras are vortexes of energy present in the energy centers of the body. The chakras are not physical, but they function as pathways for energy to be taken in. There are seven such chakras and each one is associated with a section of the body, as well as assigned emotions, thoughts and functions within the body. Chakras are assigned a color, which is displayed in a person's aura, and can help to reveal a person's spiritual and physical health, as well as one's karma.

Channeler
A channeler is someone who receives messages of advice and teachings from a spirit guide. The channeler's relationship is a direct, beneficial one. A guardian angel serves to protect a person from harm and a spirit guide provides guidance and knowledge in order to help further one's path to spiritual enlightenment.

Clairaudience
Clairaudience is defined as one's inner voice - translated it means 'clear hearing.' This is the power to hear sounds that are not audible to the normal human ear, but exist in the tangible world or in another dimension.

Clairsentience
Clairsentience means 'clear knowing' or 'clear thinking,' and signifies your inner sensing. Those with this ability can perceive information out of the range of ordinary perception. It is not tied to one specific sense and can manifest as feelings, sensations or smells. It's the subtlest way of receiving psychic messages, and many people may not even be aware it is happening and explain it away as a revelation.

Clairvoyance
This term is often used as a catch-all phrase for psychic ability, but it really describes one's inner vision. Clairvoyance is a French term which translates to 'clear seeing.' It's the ability to 'see' what is not physically in front of you, in the form of an image or event in the past, present or future.

Conjunct
Two planets are conjunct when they occupy the same degree of the birth chart.

Cusp
Cusps are the imaginary boundaries between zodiac signs and the houses.

A book used by astrologers to find the exact location of any given heavenly body on any given day.

Equinox
Equinox means a time of equal day and night. There are two equinox per year usually occurring around March 21 and September 23 - when the sun crosses the equator.

Fire Signs

Houses
Like the signs of the zodiac, the sky is divided into 12 houses. Each house encompasses a specific area of life such as love, career and health.

The female, or receptive energy, enables adaptation and flexibility.

Intuition
Intuition is "knowing" without conscious reasoning. It draws on knowledge gained from past experience that has been stored in the subconscious mind.

Kabbalah
Kabbalah is a form of Jewish mysticism and is actually a Hebrew word meaning "received knowledge" or "tradition." Though its origins are debated, most believe Kabbalah to be as old as the Torah, while others maintain it did not rise until the 13th Century. Traditional Kabbalah was passed down orally and is an esoteric belief that every accent, letter, word and number in the Torah contains keys to understanding the nature of the human soul, and by extension, the universe.

Karma
The explanation of Karma varies slightly per tradition or philosophy, but the basic principle remains the same: "You reap what you sow" ... "what goes around, comes around" ... or (if you prefer) "an eye for an eye." Karmic philosophy may have its roots in religion and spirituality, but even the most scientific mind cannot dispute that, "every action causes an equal and opposite reaction" - in other words, the purpose of Karma is actually to restore balance.

Mantra
Historically, a mantra is a word with spiritual significance in Hindu culture. In general, a mantra is a syllable or word without meaning that you focus on while meditating in order to achieve a deep state of relaxation. This method is used in Transcendental Meditation and it has been shown to be a very effective technique. According to the teachings of Transcendental Meditation, thinking a mantra helps you focus your attention inwardly. Regular meditation has been shown to help eliminate irritability, even reducing blood pressure. Benefits are numerous and its affects are lasting, as meditation has been known to mitigate the body's reaction after a stressful event.

Meditation has been around for centuries and is a focal point of many religions. It incorporates deep thinking, contemplation and engaging in a deep mental exercise in an effort to achieve a heightened level of Spiritual awareness.

Medium
A medium is someone who can contact loved ones who have passed from this Earth. This special ability allows him or her to communicate with the deceased individual in another realm or dimension. Spirit Guides
Spirit Guides are non-physical entities which tend to be either highly evolved beings or the spirit of the dead. The purpose of these entities generally includes protecting an individual, assisting in spiritual development or as a source of inspiration. Many psychics utilize the help of spirit guides in their readings.

2009 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix @ Sakhir 24/26 April

For all practice, qualifying and race times click here on friday saturday & sunday

Pre race comment

Fernando Alonso - "Hopefully we can repeat the performance we showed in China [this weekend] so that we can reach Q3 and fight for points in the race. It's still an early stage in the year and already the team has made incredible progress, which gives me the belief that we can still fight for the championship. We will have more updates when we get back to Europe, but at this stage in the year it's important that we score as many points as possible at each race so we can be in the fight at the end of the season.”

Nelson Piquet - “I really need to make sure I qualify well so that I can pick a good strategy for the race. If we get the new parts on my car in time for this weekend then I think reaching Q3 will be possible, which will put me in a good position to score points in the race. The team is working hard to develop the car and I'm sure we will be more competitive in Bahrain where I will be ready to take any opportunity that comes my way. If I'm honest it's not one of my favourite circuits although there are exciting parts of the lap such as turns five and six. . However, the location means that the track surface is always pretty dusty, especially off-line and so you can't afford to make a mistake and run wide without losing a lot of time. It's also one of the hotter races of the year so it's quite physically demanding, although it's dry heat rather than the humidity you get in Malaysia."

Bob Bell (Renault’s technical director) - “I think we can be quite confident that we can repeat the sort of performance we showed in China during qualifying as we now have the basic pace in the car. And if we have a dry race, I'm confident that we can bring home the points from the race to match our qualifying performance.” About the diffuser - “It certainly lived up to expectations and gave us the gains we expected. There is more to come as the diffuser is a very new area of development and there will be a big push to continue its development over the next few months. Nelson will have the new diffuser in time for Bahrain. It simply wasn't possible to make two in time for China last weekend. I think that we did a great job to get one out to China. We're also working on various upgrades to other parts of the car that we would normally work on at this time of year.”

About the circuit - “It's a challenging circuit and I have some good memories of my wins there in 2005 and 2006 with Renault. Because of the circuit's location, it can get quite dusty and the conditions change from lap to lap so you need to be careful, but there are still some good overtaking opportunities, especially into turn one and turn four. It's one of the most demanding circuits on the brakes with lots of big braking zones and so we will look at the wear rates on Friday to make sure we don't have any problems in the race.”

Jarno Trulli - "I am looking forward to racing in Bahrain after the tests we had there over the winter. Bahrain was the first chance I had to really test the TF109 in dry conditions and I knew immediately we had a competitive package, which has proved to be the case now the season has started. In testing the car was strong in Bahrain so I have a good feeling for this weekend and I think we can be competitive. Weather and track conditions change from winter testing to the race weekend but it should still help us a bit to have set-up information from the new car at this track, and we have quite a bit of experience now with these two compounds of tyre."

Timo Glock - "I definitely have a much better feeling with the slick tyres. Last year one of the main points I had to work on was understanding the grooved tyres because they behave very differently to slicks and I didn't have so much experience of them. For me it has been no problem to move back; I have driven nearly my whole career on slicks so it makes life easier this season. Of course, with the different compounds for each race, it is still a big challenge to get the best out of the tyres, but I feel at home on slicks. From a personal point of view it was really positive to be on the podium in just the second race but it also gave the team consecutive podiums after Jarno's third place in Australia," said Glock. China was a little disappointing overall but it has been great to start the season with a competitive car which is capable of fighting for podiums. I am happy with my performances; I've scored a lot of points already despite some difficult circumstances."

Pascal Vasselon (Toyota's chassis division) - "We achieved a huge amount of laps in Bahrain during testing and this was very useful in terms of developing the TF109. It should also be useful for this weekend because we have some experience of set-up and slick tyres at this track with the new cars, so we should hit the ground running on Friday. We tested both tyre compounds when we were in Bahrain in February and they performed well in representative temperature conditions so we're not expecting any major problems in that area."

Felipe Massa - "We are in a different condition than we were in the past, but I still believe in the team"I think we have a good possibility to get away from this problem. I'm very motivated to help the team to get away from that, and I will do my best. I will work even harder for the team to try to motivate them and to try to push them to get away from this really difficult moment. We are all human beings - anybody can have difficult times. I had many difficult times in the beginning of my career, so I remember very well how it is. For the moment we have two issues - One is that we need to improve the car and make the car quicker. - The second is that we need to make the car reliable, because you can have the quickest car in the world but if you don't finish the race it doesn't matter. I think those are the two most important points we need to work to improve as quickly as possible. I feel a lot more comfortable in Bahrain and I think we can be more competitive there."

Niko Rosberg - “Bahrain is one of my favourite tracks. Last year the car went well there and we won’t have any issues with warming up the tyres. We’re confident going to Bahrain that we can finally get a good result.”

Sam Michael (Williams technical director) - “It’s wasn’t our best performance (China). As a team, we made mistakes which we will be investigating this week at the factory before heading to Bahrain. The decision [to pit under the safety car] cost us a couple of positions but it wasn't the main reason why we didn't perform well in China. In the end, we were just too slow in the wet. Our long-run pace was really good, but we weren’t good enough in qualifying.
We have a strong car at the moment and we really need to start capitalising on that and getting some points on the board.”
