2 more suspect e-mails in form this N

Just received a couple of suspect e-mails from the same person with an attachment. I use www.jbmail.com to read the e-mails on the server and then delete the spam and anything with attachments if I do not know the person.

I have recently been receiving several of these e-mails but have not clicked on the url as I noticed that it has got an exe ending! Does anyone have any information of urls with exe endings. Anyway this Julia is not dangerous to your health:) Also interesting is if you put the mouse over the link above
the Snap viewer comes up with a link to "SPAM" (a warning?)
