"66 month" trailer - in UK Cinemas Monday 16th January 2012 - Directed: James Bluemel

Director James Bluemel and producer Gordon Wilson followed for six years epileptic alcoholic Nigel (37), who in his hometown of Oxford, 66 months through the cracks of the social security system slipped back. Self-mutilation, alcohol, aggression and childish fantasies of a vulnerable boy Nigel. As his social worker puts it: "Nigel has many years financially, sexually and emotionally abused." She is referring to the time that Nigel during his time in the wild "under the care taken by Robbie. This Robbie was like a father to him, but totally unsuitable as a guide - if only because he, himself an alcoholic, his hands could not keep at home. The story is told from the perspective of Nigel, who now lives in a care institution. Images of his life there are interspersed with memories and flashbacks to the period with Robbie. Bluemel has filmed everything during those years, the men hurt each other, subtract, afzeiken, but also how they care for each other, cooking and not without each other. The extremely Applied fly on the wall style provides an overwhelming intimate, sometimes claustrophobic but always respectful insight into the lives of those lost souls.
