USA - Colorado Forest Service Apologizes for Wildfire

Colorado's deputy state forester is apologizing for a deadly 6-square-mile wildfire apparently sparked by an ember that jumped a containment line of a controlled burn. Joe Duda called the blaze "heartbreaking." (March 28)
