I believe strongly that some evil ones among them must have been asking you for money to help you receive your payment either through transfer, diplomatic means(COURIER SERVICES) or anyother means. Do not listen to anybody because you are not suppose to spend one cent to receive your money unless you did not meet the requirements of the paying bank to release your payment. The paying bank is not aware of all these their evil ways. I went through your file on tuesday last week and i sheded tears for you and since then i have never had a rest of mind till i picked up my pen and courage to write you and disclose all to you and the remedy. You are supposed to have received your payment which was approved in your favor for some years now but uptill this moment, some criminals that are officials here packed your file with the files of the successful beneficiaries that have received their payment so that after some good time when it is forgotten, they will share your money among themselves as their usual evil way. I don't need to waste your time, just contact the CHAIRMAN, ENQUIRY DEPARTMENT OF THE BANK AND ASKED HIM WHY YOUR PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN SENT TO YOU.
