Inbox - SPAM ALERT "Refer e-mail from your friend" Do not know a Jack Sedon so how can he be my friend?

Mail program directed straight in to the delete section and removed all links so the mail must be suspect. Links can lead you to fake sites that can often be scams or contain a virus
