Although Syrians at home and across the world have celebrated the fall of the Bashar al-Assad regime, many are also nervous about what the future may hold for the country following the takeover by Islamist-led rebels.

At a makeshift migrant camp in Calais, many Syria migrants say they still intent to attempt the perilous crossing to the UK rather than head home.
