Williams dominated headlines ahead of Monza, following news the British team had axed its second driver Logan Sargeant. But, while that decision was expected, given constant crashes, and his inability across 18-months to match teammate Alex Albon - the choice to promote its reserve, F2 driver Franco Colapinto, wasn’t, though the 21-year-old enjoyed a solid F1 debut.
