ATLANTA, Dec. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (NYSE: IVR) declared a dividend of $0.65 per share for the fourth quarter of 2011. The dividend will be paid on January 27, 2012 to shareholders of record on December 22, 2011.
