Urbagestión Desarrollo e Inversión, la empresa propietaria del piso del que Maricarmen Abascal fue desahuciada este miércoles, ha presentado al Ayuntamiento de Madrid una "propuesta de urgencia" para que la anciana, que llevaba más de siete décadas habitando el inmueble, pueda volver al piso, que la inmobiliaria asegura "no está en venta". Según ha expresado la sociedad en un comunicado al que ha accedido RTVE Noticias, la propuesta es incorporar al programa Reviva que impulsa el consistorio para reactivar el mercado del alquiler el inmueble de la calle del Alcalde Sainz de Baranda del distrito de Retiro: "El objetivo es coordinar con el Ayuntamiento, y en su caso, con otras administraciones, una solución que permita a doña Maricarmen Abascal volver a la vivienda con una alternativa habitacional estable y asequible". La empresa indica que se pone a disposición de la Empresa Municipal de la Vivienda y Suelo (EMVS) y de los servicios sociales municipales para que la propuesta pueda resolverse "en el menor plazo posible". ➤Más info aquí: https://www.rtve.es/noticias/20260925...
