The U.S. Embassy in Moscow on Saturday issued an urgent security alert warning of a credible threat of a "mass casualty event" targeting the Tsaritsyno Museum Reserve in Moscow, Russia.

"If you had the courage to tell the truth and do the right thing, you would tell Putin that you are not winning this war, and you will not win," Miliband said, addressing Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
